Nobody Belongs Here More Than You (Photoshoot)

As an overview-

I am putting together a photoshoot with roughly 20 cars, 60 people (to sit in those cars/stand next to.etc) all shot in a sort've 'apocolyptic traffic jam'. I'm after as many people as I can get to be in the shoot, and also cars-

As i've mailed most of you about cars, could you please give me a quick message to confirm that new dates are ok. and also if you do have a car, and are totally sweet about using it in this shoot then could you give me details like below:

Type of car/Colour: (ie. sedan, polkadot)
How many doors: 2/4
And if you have a photo you could send, that would be perfect.

(i just need these details cos everything car needs its own lighting plan)

Aswell as this, I'll be shooting the cars in sets of 2, and then also in their rows. So you will only be needed for the row of car you are shooting in. After I have a full plan, I will have a list of times needed for arrival and also whos car/whos in your car. etc


Ontop of this, I am looking for several helpers to stick with me during the time. People to help move around lights, set up scaffolding, someone managing the laptop, and someone to manage 2 largeformat cameras.
..Alot of people. but if you're keen i'd love to have you on board.



Also, this date is only pencilled. it should not move, i'm relying on other people. so sorry if it does. and sorry for the mass amounts of emails i've been sending lately
